With this contribution, we are developing an AI-driven platform for team development, in which data and technology are used to make collaboration tangible. Our serious game Off the Map connects scientific insights with practice and makes communication and team dynamics visible, enabling teams to reflect in a more focused way and improve more effectively.

AI plays a key role in this: it supports personalized learning paths, recognizes patterns in collaboration, and translates reflection into useful insights. This is how Diverse-LinQ helps organizations and professionals to grow their skills faster, cope better with change, and achieve sustainable performance in a new context.
